It is important to consider the following aspects in order to ensure proper operation of the lifter:
Avoid air or material gaps between the lifter and the surface: even tenths of a millimeter will have a negative effect on the effective force developed;
Ensure that the surface is thick enough: as the thickness decreases, there will be a contingent decrease in the exerted force of attraction. The values given in the table are calculated with a thickness of 10mm;
Avoid lifting unbalanced or overhanging loads: it is important to lift a load in a balanced way, to avoid sudden detachments due to unexpected forces or weight shifts;
Consider the orientalization of the product: in the case of vertical positioning of the lift, the effective force that can be developed is much lower. It is advisable to opt for larger lifts.
