They are commonly used downstream of hoppers, mixers, and other processing lines for the filtration of flours, granules, pellets, wood blends, and bulk materials.
The optimized internal configuration enhances magnetic intensity, ensuring a high capture capacity of ferrous contaminants of various sizes, from micro-shavings to screws and bolts.
They are available in both Ferrite and Neodymium versions, with the latter offering superior performance.

Upon request, the magnetic tubes can be manufactured with a hermetically sealed structure, allowing safe use even when fully immersed in liquids, without risk of damage to the magnets.
The outer casing is made of either AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, according to customer requirements. Our catalog includes a selection of standard sizes, featuring diameters of 15, 20, and 32 mm and predefined lengths, while a large portion of our production focuses on custom-made solutions.
Customizable fixing options are also available, including blind end caps, perforated caps, or threaded studs on one or both ends.
