It is important to consider the following aspects to ensure proper operation of the lifter:

  • Avoid air or material gaps between the lifter and the surface: even tenths of a millimetre negatively affect the effective lifting force;
  • Ensure that the material thickness is sufficient: as thickness decreases, the lifting force proportionally decreases. The values indicated in the table are calculated with a 10 mm thickness;
  • Avoid lifting unbalanced or overhanging loads: the load must be lifted in a balanced manner to prevent sudden detachment caused by unexpected forces or weight shifts;
  • Consider the product orientation: in case of vertical lifting, the effective force that can be developed is significantly lower. It is advisable to select a higher capacity model.
